At Vincci, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Vincci account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the products are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
